For Business Owners Who Are Ready for a Better Way · CORE AI

You didn't start
a business to
manage chaos.

Before we recommend a website, automation, AI, or any other solution, we first understand what's actually holding your business back. That's what the Business Health Assessment is for.

The CORE Business Framework

Every business runs on the same six things.

No matter your industry, size, or how long you've been open — these are the six things that determine whether a business grows or struggles. We built our process around them.

Getting Chosen
Are people finding you — and choosing you?
  • Do new customers find out you exist, consistently?
  • Of the people who reach out, how many actually become customers?
Keeping the Promise
Once someone hires you, do you deliver on it?
  • Is the work done well and consistently, no matter who's doing it?
  • Do you get paid, on time, without a fight?
Growing the Relationship
Do they come back — and bring others?
  • Do customers return, or refer you to others?
  • Do you actually know what's working and what isn't?

Most businesses know where they feel the pain. The harder part is knowing what's actually causing it. That's where we start.

The Business Health Assessment

Now let's apply those six things
to your business.

The Business Health Assessment walks through Demand, Conversion, Delivery, Value Capture, Retention, and Insight for your specific business — not a generic industry checklist. You'll come away with a clearer picture of what's working, what's getting in the way, and where the biggest opportunities may be.

We also look at something most assessments miss: whether your business could keep running without you holding every piece together.

✓  A real conversation, not a form to fill out alone

✓  A clear picture of where the business stands across all six areas

✓  A starting point — not a sales pitch for a specific product

How It Works

From first conversation to real results.

No guessing. Just a clear process.

1
Discover
We listen first. A real conversation about what's actually going on, not a sales pitch.
2
Assess
We find the opportunities. We evaluate your business across the six CORE functions to identify what's working, what's getting in the way, and where improvement could have the greatest impact.
3
Design
We recommend what will actually help — the right starting point for your specific situation, nothing extra.
4
Build
We build and support it — you don't have to figure out implementation yourself.
5
Improve
Your business runs better — and we keep measuring, since Insight doesn't stop mattering after launch.
What We Build

Depending on what we find, here's where we typically start.

These aren't packages to choose from — they're the most common starting points once we understand your specific situation.

Business Automation
When leads aren't being followed up, or customers go quiet after the sale, this is usually where we start.
  • Automated follow-up and reminders
  • Missed-call text-back
  • AI Receptionist — hear it live
🌐
Websites & Digital Authority
When people can't find you — or don't trust what they find — this is the fix.
  • A website built to convert
  • Visibility with Google and AI search tools
  • Reputation and review systems
🛠️
Custom Business Systems
When your existing tools, processes, or spreadsheets don't fit how the business actually works, we build around the problem.
  • Dashboards and reporting
  • Pipeline and lead tracking
  • Tools built around your workflow
🏛️
Member & Community Platforms
For chambers, associations, and community organizations running on spreadsheets and group chats.
  • Member directories and check-in
  • Event and attendance tracking
  • Renewal and engagement tracking

Our Work

Real problems. Practical solutions.

A look at what happens when the six-function diagnosis leads somewhere specific.

Live
Regional Chamber of Commerce — Member Engagement System
The Problem
A well-attended networking program was held back by a completely manual member experience — paper sign-in, no directory, no way for members to connect between meetings.
What We Discovered
The real gap was Retention and Business Independence, not technology — members had no way to stay connected between meetings, and staff had no visibility into attendance without compiling it manually.
What We Built
A mobile-first system with QR check-in, a searchable member directory, open-seat visibility, and a real-time attendance dashboard.
Outcome
Live and in use. Paper sign-in is gone, and members can connect with each other outside the weekly meeting for the first time.
Prototype / In Development
Residential Services Business — Custom Booking & Estimate Experience
The Problem
The business's own name led customers to assume "cheap" rather than the actual value — flexibility to shape the service around their own priorities and budget.
What We Discovered
A Demand and Conversion problem — the value proposition needed to be demonstrated, not stated, because the name itself set the wrong expectation.
What We Built
An interactive booking flow — scope selection, add-ons, an estimated price range, and a preferred date/time — that lets a customer build their own scope and see the flexibility firsthand.
Outcome
In development — no booking volume or conversion results are being claimed at this stage.
Pilot
Independent Insurance Agency — Carrier Matching System
The Problem
An independent agent represents dozens of carriers, each with different appetite requirements — and matching a client to the right one depended entirely on one person's memory and experience.
What We Discovered
A Business Independence problem more than a knowledge problem — the ability to match clients accurately existed only in one person's head.
What We Built
A matching engine trained on the agency's real carrier data that instantly ranks the best-fit carriers for any client profile, with reasoning included.
Outcome
Pilot stage. The system is built and being tested against real client scenarios; results will be documented as it moves into regular use.

Why CORE AI

Why start with a conversation instead of a proposal?

Before starting CORE AI, I spent roughly 17 years in organ and tissue donation — including years performing surgical recovery procedures myself before moving into regional operational leadership. It's one thing to manage a process from behind a desk; it's another to have actually done the work you're now responsible for coordinating. That environment left no room for guessing — timing, communication, documentation, and process all had to work together, and changing one piece without understanding what it affected upstream and downstream could create an entirely new problem.

That's the lesson I carried into CORE AI: understand the whole system before you touch any one piece of it — which is why we start with discovery, not a predetermined solution.
